融资租赁公司注册需要什么材料，经历什么流程？
所需材料：（Materials needed）
1、公司投资：公司开业证明的复印件及其公证认证（2份）（于当地公证机关进行公证，再于中国大使馆进行认证）；
The copy of the investor’s Certificate of Incorporation and its notarization certificate from the notarization center and then the Chinese embassy;(2 pieces)
2、投资公司法定代表人身份证明复印件；
The copy of the passport of the legal director of the investing company;
3、投资公司或投资人的银行资信证明（1份）；
The Account Balance from bank;(1piece)
4、拟设立企业执行董事、监事身份证明复印件并签名（2份）；（或者董事会、监事会）
The ID Card or the passport of the planned CEO and the supervisor(Copies,two pieces);
5、设立企业名称
Names planned for the company;
6、拟设立企业法人1寸彩照3张；
The one-inch color pictures of the legal representative of the planned company (3 pieces)；
7、产权证复印件加盖权利人公章（3份）；租赁合同复印件签字盖章（3份）可由我公司提供；
The copies of the Property Certificate with the seal of the owner(3 pieces);The copies of the Leasing Agreement with the signature and the seal(3pieces).
8、投资各方经会计师事务所审计的最近1年的审计报告；

Senior managers' qualifications
中方所需：
1、 公司营业执照复印件，原件核对
2、 公司银行资信证明或者存款证明（大于投资额）
3、 法定代表人的身份证明复印件
注：香港公司要BR和CR经律师公证，然后到中国法律服务香港有限公司认证。
设立中外合资融资租赁公司的条件：
1、注册资本不低于1000W美元；
2、外方公司总资产不低于500W美元；
3、 有限责任公司形式的外商投资融资租赁公司的经营期限一般不超过30年。
4拥有相应的专业人员，高级管理人员应具有相应专业资质和不少于3年的从业经验。
流程（process）
1.查名（名称无重复的情况下1个工作日）；

2．报送外国投资委员会申请批准证书（材料齐全的情况下约45个工作日）：

3．报送工商局申请营业执照（材料齐全的情况下约5-7个工作日）；
